Legend rewards, the luminous hunt and more, fixed

Several rewards only ever reached your device and were lost at the next save. They now come from the realm, and stay.

• Binding an umbral legend pays 3 RIFT SHARDS; binding ASTRALEON pays a STAR SIGIL.
• The LUMINARY's LUMINOUS HUNT works: for 40 wild encounters, about one in 42 is luminous.
• The RIFT FORGE's umbral stays umbral, and the Endless Spire's familiars can be bound.
• 6-star rift bosses raise their barriers, and LEGEND OF THE REALM counts all 24 legends, mythics and Titans.
