Battle speed, and missing prizes paid

Battles can now run at double or triple speed: OPTION > BATTLE SPEED, or the >> chip at the top of any battle.

• Tap the >> chip, or press Shift, to switch between 1x, 2x and 3x mid-battle. Duels with other Spellbinders stay at their own pace.
• Delve Wardens now pay their gold.
• CORAL and the Champion, OMBRA, NOCTIS and AURELIA rematches now pay their gold too.
